Role Overview

We’re looking for a brilliant Account Manager to join the Valentine Ireland team in Dublin.

Valentine is an independent creative brand experience agency with teams in London and Dublin. We create live experiences, campaigns and digital engagement that bring brands and people closer together. A lot of our work sits within hospitality, nightlife, retail, sponsorship and live events, creating experiences that people genuinely enjoy and remember.

This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Head of Live, Ireland.

The role would suit somebody looking to further their career within a creative marketing agency environment, somebody who enjoys people, ideas, collaboration and the fast pace of live projects. You’ll work across a variety of clients and projects, supporting the delivery of campaigns from initial thinking through to execution and reporting.

You’ll be based in Dublin whilst working closely with the wider Valentine team across Ireland and London. The role will also involve travelling to London approximately once every 12 weeks to collaborate in person with the wider client team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the management of a portfolio of client accounts and projects

• Helping to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to a high standard

• Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients and internal teams

• Supporting brainstorming sessions and collaborating with creative, production and delivery teams

• Attending client meetings and helping deliver presentations with confidence, clarity and a good understanding of campaign performance and objectives

• Working closely with field-based teams, including recruitment support, KPI planning, ongoing engagement and quality control

• Analysing campaign results and helping present reporting in line with client objectives

• Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and bring new ideas to the table

• Supporting the wider team with problem solving and issue resolution when needed

• Bringing calmness, organisation and positivity, particularly during busy live project periods

• Staying curious about trends, culture, technology and the future of brand experience

• Deliver projects without support

• Know everything from day one

• Work in isolation

• Manage every challenge on your own

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years’ experience within an agency environment

• A proactive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A professional and confident approach, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a business

• Confidence working with both clients and internal teams

• Comfortable contributing to client meetings and presentations, bringing insight, energy and a bit of personality and humour to the room whilst supporting the wider team around you

• Somebody who enjoys collaboration and brings positive energy to a team environment

• Interest and curiosity around live brand experience, creative production, staffing, reporting, digital and culture

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once

• Calmness under pressure and a solutions-focused mindset
