The Challenge:
Blacklane, a global private chauffeur service, wanted to introduce its exclusive, high-touch offering to a new UK audience, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and CEOs. The goal was to reinforce Blacklane’s luxury positioning and drive new app sign-ups, ensuring that every interaction reflected the seamless, effortless service the brand is known for.
We were tasked with creating a premium, immersive experience at two high-profile events: the Chelsea Arts Festival and the Founders Forum at Daylesford Farm.

We designed and delivered fully branded, high-touch spaces at both events, reflecting Blacklane’s sleek black-and-white aesthetic.

Curated environment: Outdoor summer vibes with umbrellas, cushions, and premium seating, designed to make guests feel relaxed and valued.
Functional branding: A Totem sign to direct arriving guests’ cars, ensuring a seamless flow and a visual anchor for the space.
Engaging takeaways: Beautifully boxed £50 vouchers featuring QR codes linking directly to the Blacklane app, encouraging sign-ups and first bookings.
Premium attention to detail: Every touchpoint, from materials to presentation, reflected the brand’s ethos of human touch, professionalism, and effortless service.
