Valentine Q1: What We’ve Been Seeing, Making & Learning
What We’re Seeing Right Now
Over the past few months, a few clients have asked us, “What have you guys been up to?” So, we thought we’d share a quick update, the first in what we hope will become a quarterly series. It’s a snapshot of what we’ve been thinking about, what we’ve been working on, and what we’re seeing across our clients and their audiences.
Last year, one pattern kept recurring over and over. The brands that are really succeeding are those consciously connecting with their audiences on a very real, very human level. Not just during the feel-good moments, but when they tap into something deeper. We saw it with our own clients and their brands, and we saw it more broadly, across the industry as a whole.
Those are the ones your audience remembers, the ones that result in a shift in behaviour from consideration to advocacy (and everything in between).

Ideas We’ve Been Exploring
And alongside this work, here are some of the ideas we’ve been exploring lately…
A Quick Update From Us
In October, we opened our Dublin office to better support our Ireland clients, led by Iain O’Connor. And in January, we welcomed Luke Townsend, our new Account Manager, to the team; it already feels like you’ve always been here, Luke :)
We’ll keep sharing what we’re seeing and learning, but we’d love to know, what do you want to hear more about from us?
